Menards NHRA Nationals for 2021 headed back to Heartland Motorsports Park in Topeka, KS, over the weekend of Aug. 13-15, 2021. With a variety of track conditions on Sunday, the teams prepared for the final round of the event with the countdown to the Championship in sight. Vortech Racer Danny Nelson drove his Top Dragster powered with a Vortech V-30 123A Centrifugal Supercharger down the track to take the TD category Win!

As the NHRA Top Dragster class entered the final round it was Danny Nelson facing off against Prescott Dean. With an .002 R/T it was Danny Nelson who captured the win with a 6.124 ET @ 213.30 while Prescott Dean had a 6.351 ET @ 215.55.
