Holley LS-Fest in Bowling Green, Kentucky has grown to become a yearly must-attend event for LS engine fanatics from all walks of life. This, coupled with the sensational growth on the popularity in swapping LS engines into all matter of other vehicles, has only helped to grow the yearly event further. So much so, in fact, that this year saw the debut of LS-Fest West. This new event extends the reach of the event, giving the Western States a place to converge to declare their love for all things LS-powered, in this case at Las Vegas Motor Speedway in Nevada.

Vortech and Paxton Superchargers came out to the event to showcase our products for LS-powered vehicles, as well as the products of our partner companies and 3rd Party Value Added Dealers, such as RMCR Performance, All American Billet, A&A Corvette, and East Coast Supercharging.

The new Vortech LS-Swap System for engines configured with the LS-Truck Front Engine Accessory Drive (FEAD) made its debut at the event. A system for the more budget-minded individual, this kit runs a single, 6-Rib belt drive in-line with the factory truck accessory belt line. This makes for a simple, basic setup that is perfect for those with LS-swapped setups looking to make 500-600 horsepower on a budget. These systems will be shipping soon, so get yours on order today!

RMCR Performance brought out their LS-Swapped and Vortech V-7 YSi Supercharged '96 Impala SS that makes a pulse pounding 808 horsepower to the tires. Owner Jeff Wendling drove the car out from Colorado and averaged over 20mpg. RMCR Performance also offers several Vortech-based systems of their own design for the 1994-1996 Impala SS with the factory LT1 engine as well. Give them a call today at 719-574-0625.

This gorgeous '54 sitting on the ground belongs to All American Billet's Brad Raph. Brad's "FidyFor" still has all the factory fenders, but has "a lot of custom work done underneath". If the chassis work and air suspension weren't already enough, a quick look under the hood quickly takes it to the next level. Nestled here is an LS1 from an '02 F-Body, along with a Vortech V-3 Supercharger and a full set of All American Billet accessory brackets. The package looks so sweet all blacked out as well.

Also on display in the booth is the shined up version of the All American Billet LS Vortech Supercharger Serpentine Kit. this is another way of mounting up your Vortech Supercharger to your LS engine in style. These kits, along with many other options are available from All American Billet. Give them a call today to get yours!

The Ironworks Garage "Fairway '55" may look familiar to some, as it was featured prominently in our booth at the 2015 SEMA show. This beautiful car has much to admire, but possibly the biggest (literally) thing may be the 50mm cog-driven Vortech V-21 110 Supercharger under the hood.

Our friends at TruFiber brought out their East Coast Supercharging/Paxton Supercharged C7 Corvette. TruFiber manufacture high quality fiberglass and carbon fiber accessories for all types of American Muscle Cars. East Coast Supercharging make Supercharging Systems using Paxton and Vortech Superchargers for many Chevrolet vehicles, including C5/C6/C7 Corvette, C5 Camaro SS, Chevy/GM LS Trucks, and more.

In addition to the vendor's midway, there were events everywhere at the event, including many different classes of drag racing, autocross, offroad racing, and drifting. The main requirement was that whatever you were doing, the vehicle must be LS-powered.

If you missed out on this inaugural LS-Fest West event, not to worry. It will likely grow and grow year over year just like the Bowling Green event has. Therefore, come on out next year, or make a trip to Kentucky later this year for the main event. Either way, you are guaranteed lots of LS-based action!

If you had a Vortech or Paxton Supercharged LS vehicle at this event and we missed you, let us know! We would love to add you to our coverage of the event.
